We designed over 50 new build flats to fit into the beautiful grated community in the central area of Guildford.
We act as the structural engineer for local council on various civil engineering projects etc car park extension, town hall remodelling.
Commercial warehouse – Erection of two storey extension to existing ware house (total additional footprint – 355sqm)
Most of properties have a low head height basement under part of the property already. We design to increase the depth and extend the existing basement to cover the full footprint of the existing property.
We design to increase the depth and extend the existing cellar to cover around three quarters of the existing property, which created a basement with a footprint of around 60m2. Construction of one light well to the front of the property to match the existing Victorian exterior.
We design a new single storey rear extension to the existing semi-detached house in order to create an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space which better connected to the garden. In addition, a new detached garden office with en-suite was to be included adjacent the new extension as a replacement to the existing garage.
We design glass panel on the north and south portal at Davidson House, which connect to each other with a long corridor steel frame portal.
We design a new mezzanine deck to convert existing hall into 2 storey dining area with numbers of new access internal and external staircases and pedestrian bridges.
We design bungalow loft conversion including structural alterations to support the additional floor and dormer structure. Internal works included opening the entrance leading to stairway and creation of a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.
